Website terms

Product status

The descriptions and concept screens explain planned experiences. Features, device compatibility, testing results, and availability have not been finalized.

Illustrations and example conversations are demonstrations, not customer testimonials or evidence of product performance.

The optional launch-update list

You must be 18 or older and use your own email address to request updates. Joining is free and creates no payment obligation. It does not purchase a product, guarantee access, or enroll anyone in Companion™ or a federally funded captioning service.

The optional phone-caption checkbox records interest only. It is not an FCC eligibility certification. Provider registration and a separate signed certification are required before funded captions can be activated.

Please do not submit medical records or diagnoses, call recordings, payment information, or someone else’s private information. See the privacy notice for what the form saves.

No live protection on this website

The website does not monitor or protect your phone calls and does not provide emergency services, medical care, or financial advice. Concept controls shown inside the phone illustrations do not place calls.

Call Shield™ is in development to flag concerns while leaving the person in control. Call Shield™ cannot guarantee that a call is safe and does not control bank accounts or payments. Companion™ never takes over the call. Your parent always decides whether to keep talking, hang up, or call family. Companion.gold™ is not an emergency service. For an immediate emergency, contact emergency services directly.
